Appointment Policies:

• Here at Princevalle Pet Hospital we prefer that appointments are made ahead of time. Same day appointments are usually available. Walk-ins will be accommodated as best as possible.
  
  
• When we are unable to meet your scheduling needs, our staff may suggest you drop your pet off at the clinic during a time that is convenient for you. Please be prepared to give our staff a brief history of your pet.
  
  
• For the safety of your pets and others, please keep your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier.
  
  
• Please feel welcome to have your pet seen by their own special Doctor. Call our office at (408) 848-3443 for our Doctors' work schedules.
  

Payment Policies:

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks.
  
  
• We do not bill clients; but, we do offer Care Credit no interest and extended payment plans. Applications can be found online at www.carecredit.com or from our professional staff.

Surgery Policy:

• Surgeries are scheduled by appointment Monday-Friday with drop offs in the morning between 8:00 - 9:00 AM. Any animal undergoing anesthesia is to be fasted overnight and have the water picked up first thing in the morning, unless otherwise directed by their veterinarian.
