We are looking for an experienced RVT (Registered Veterinary Technician) to fill our full-time opening. At least one year of experience as an RVT is required.
An ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic person with a strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills are a must! You will also be required to be able to place IV catheters, draw blood, take digital x-rays, monitor patients under anesthesia, restrain animals, be able to draw up vaccines and medications, administer a sub-q injection and sub-q fluids, just to name a few. You must be able to follow and prioritize directions given by multiple personnel at the same time. This is a physically demanding position and the demands of this job will require a strong and healthy individual. Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management Software would be great but is not necessary for the right candidate. Must be able to work weekends.
